BERUFSSCHULE ANGERSTRASSE
Der frei unterteilbare Stahlbetonskelettbau von 1926/27 ist die erste Schule mit Flachdach im Werk von Fritz Schumacher. Mittelfluranlage nach älterem Konzept. Der einfache Baukörper verbindet Elemente des Neuen Bauens (horizontale Gliederung, Asymmetrie) mit expressionistischem Dekor.
Commercial school, with a freely divisible reinforced concrete frame, built 1926/27. First flat-roofed school by Fritz Schumacher. Its central corridor system follows an older concept. Simple layout combining elements of modern architecture (horizontal, asymmetric) with expressionist décor.
